Of course we life in a society where perfection and self-optimization.
We compare ourselves with others who are more beautiful, more successful and much more.
We feel bad…
… because others seems to be happy, but me?
But that’s nonsense!
That’s just the façade, which we can see on facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapshat and Youtube.
The Internet offer everything to compare things: Lifestyle, Cars, Sex, Friendships, Vacation, Food, Clothes…
Of course there are a lot of people, who deserve the fame, but even these people aren’t every time happy.
Teh problem is that if you want to reach something, then you shouldn’t compare these with yourself. That’s difficult, I know, but you should try this hard.
So accept yourself and appreciate the social comparison.
Encourage yourself, get motivated, but don’t lose yourself.
