1. Be honest, authentic and warm

If you can’t be honest with yourself, you won’t be honest to others.

When things are bad, then they are bad. That’s the point. Why should you lie to yourself?

Many people have problems with this, but you shouldn’t.

If you lie to yourself you can’t get more self-confidence.

So, the first rule is: Be honest to others, but stay kind and warm!

You mustn’t be an asshole, if you tell someone your opinion.

Encounter yourself with an open heart, love and mercy and you will see how your communication with others will change.

You will be stronger and more confident, just because of the thing that you are as you are.

 

2. Change your thinking and personal attitude

If you talk to yourself in this way…

  • I can’t do that.
  • I’m such a idiot. I‘ failed again.
  • I don’t deserve that.
  • I can’t take it anymore.

… then you really should change something!

First, you have to remained these bad thoughts.

So, today you will pay special attention at your thoughts.

If you want to reach something in your life, it’s all about your personal attitude.

And you’re thoughts form your personal attitude.

The most successful humans won’t we be there where they are, without their personal attitude.

How can you make your dreams come true, if you think: I could never do that?

3. Accept changes

Your life change.

Sometimes you have known it, but sometimes it comes unprepared.

It matters how you react.

Every person has struggle with the life.

But did you know how self-confident people react?

They hate and be happy about changes.

They know, that they will have a hard maybe a really hard time.

And they know ever, that they will get stronger, when they have to get through crisis.

Of course they will feel worst, but if you say welcome to crisis, then you will more learn a lesson and less pain.

It’s a test and you have to pass it.

  1. I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve my self confidence. Being self confident is hard and it requires a lot of work. Your tips are really great, I think that thinking positively about oneself is a really important step to being confident because if you don’t think highly of yourself no-one else will!
