Today you can buy many things with money, but are you happier with it? Or are you a slave of your property now?
Because of the advertising, you are the spoilt of choice.
But is the minimalism the solution of all our problems? – No, of course not.
The way of a minimalist is slowly. You have to find your own beginning and just try if it’s possible for you.
First step: Think about what you don’t need in your life!
That’s shouldn’t only subject, also non-physical things.
- watch TV
- to look constantly on your smartphone
- clothes, that you don’t wear since a year
- unnecessary furniture and household appliances
Second step: Do it yourself!
If you do it yourself, you are much happier, because the time that you need relaxed your body and soul.
- vegetable, fruit
- of course your food
Third step: Make a list, of what you don’t like in your life!
Try do let these things out of your life or try to change it.
- some people (you don’t have to be friends with everybody!)
- unexplained disputes, speak about it
- your job quit it?!
Last step: Make a list, of what you love and do it!
- read a book
- write a diary
- go outside
- draw something
- play with your dog
- talk to your best friends
- be with your family
If you found your reason, why you want to live a minimalist life, you reach the half way. The other way is to do these things. Now!
